Heres 5 months of some pretty half hearted injury ridden progress. Time to see where some hard work gets me.
So here i am after a month out because i damaged the tendons in my left forearm meaning i couldn’t even curl 12k without my arm feeling like its going to snap.
Just kidding, i love being a tool.
